Do you want to be the host of your own cooking show? This student did!
In this Challenge, students were encouraged to create a recipe for an entree, side dish, or snack. The entry needed to include a nutritious recipe presented through a video cooking demonstration like those you see on television, or a written recipe including a series of photos of the final product. Lastly, students needed to include nutritious ingredients in their recipe such as low-fat or fat free dairy foods, whole grains, lean proteins, fruits and vegetables!
